We’ll review your list of priorities, goals and dreams for your home. We will also perform research on your existing home and required building and zoning codes.
We’ll choose your fixtures and materials and develop interior renderings that show the finished vision coming to life. The result of this step is a clear vision of your project, with a simple scope of work and budget.
As construction on your home begins, we’ll work efficiently, meeting with you on a regular basis and completing your project on-time and on-budget to give you peace of mind.

We offer a fixed-price contract so that you know what you’ll be spending before heading into the build phase. We have processes in place to minimize the unforeseen surprises that typically get found hiding in walls, floors and the ground. We’ll budget a contingency if we suspect these issues could arise in your home.
